How to Track Your Order
1. Order Confirmation Email
Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email that includes your order number and a summary of the items purchased.
After 3 - 4 days you will receive a secound email, this email will contain a tracking number and a link that you can use to check the status of your order.
2. Tracking Your Order Online
- Step 1: Visit our website and click on the ‘Track Your Order’ link located in the footer or the main menu.
- Step 2: Enter your traking number .
- Step 3: Click on the ‘Track’ button to view the current status of your shipment.
3. Mobile Updates
If you opted for mobile updates at checkout, you’ll receive SMS notifications whenever there is a status update for your order.
Understanding Your Order Status
- Pending: Your order has been received and is being processed.
- Shipped: Your order has left our warehouse and is on its way to you.
- Out for Delivery: Your order is with a courier and will be delivered to you soon.
- Delivered: Your order has arrived at its destination and has been handed over to you or left in a safe place.

What do I do if I lose my tracking number? If you've misplaced your tracking number, don't worry! Contact our customer support, and we can retrieve it for you using your order details.

Can I change the delivery address after my order has shipped? Unfortunately, once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. However, you may be able to arrange for a reroute by contacting the shipping carrier directly.
